Our Vision
We believe that under- or undocumented software features lead to troubled development, slower troubleshooting, and longer resolution times, especially for teams across different time zones. Our goal is to enable the development and maintenance of high quality software by providing unbroken understanding at all levels of use.
Our Mission Statement
We will support engineers creating software, analysts providing SaaS support, and end users via thorough documentation which:
- Allows developers to focus on programming rather than documentation.
- Keeps track of what features have been built and how, paving the way for future development.
- Ensures support technicians have a robust understanding of the product’s nuances and always have an idea of common end user trouble points.
- Deflects ticket volume by reducing end user FAQs to technical support.

Founder & Director
My name is Kyle Fernandez, and I founded K2 Wordcraft as a besloten vennootschap (literally, ’closed company with limited liability’) when I moved to the Netherlands.
I taught myself to read when I was three, and the written word has been a fascination ever since. I studied both English and Engineering at university, lived in several US States before moving to Europe, and have worked in tech for over a decade.
